Water Damage Cleanup

The flooded home resulted from water coming into the sunroom from a recent storm. The flooring in the before photo set demonstrates the water damage. The flooring had to be removed because of floodwaters. Floodwaters are in category three, which means they are contaminated. When water damage occurs from a flood or other contaminated water --they have to be removed along with the padding. The after photo illustrates the dehumidifiers are in place to begin the drying process. The after photo shows the drying process because before flooring can be put back in, the flooring has to be dried. The customer was happy we were taking our time to make sure the flooring was efficiently and sufficiently dried.
