Water Damage to Commercial Flooring

Water damage occurred in this commercial property after a flooding event. The water damage was contaminated and the flooring had to be removed. The before photo demonstrates that even under the original flooring the subfloor and particleboard were already wet. The flooding had just happened the day before and it still got that damaged. We were able to clean this up and get the rest of the building functional so that the team of the business could return back to work.
